We would like to reassure our guests that we have made a thorough risk assessment of Oak Barn and can offer future guests a safe stay.

 

• A door code is provided so that guests can access our properties without coming into contact with ourselves. We are on hand should guests require any assistance. 

• Our properties have spacious living areas and kitchens. 

• We will be cleaning with Pro-Kleen, a disinfectant cleaner. 

• We provide a non-touch hand sanitiser that is 70% alcohol at the entrance way and all bathrooms..

• We only have one cleaner per property, who is a regular cleaner and has been employed by us over the last seven years. They will be provided with gloves and masks and have been trained by us to clean all surfaces, all touch points such as light switches, door handles and other at risk areas.

• There will be a cleaning check list displayed and dated. 

• All scatter cushions, runners, information books, starter packs of food and unnecessary adornments have been removed.
